What’s your availability for showings?
Seven days a week by appointment. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends work well for buyers with busy schedules โ just let me know what works for you and we’ll make it happen. Book a time directly below โ
Are there fees to work with you as a buyer?

Phone calls during business hours โ within 15 minutes. Texts and emails โ within 1 to 2 hours. For active buyers and sellers in a transaction, I’m available essentially around the clock. Rural real estate doesn’t always move on a 9 to 5 schedule and neither do I.
